Job summary

The Makeover Guys is hiring a Client Servicing Executive in Malaysia (Selangor). You will build relationships with homeowners, developers, or tenants to provide strategic solutions for properties, while preparing quotations and managing client inquiries.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to collaborate with consultants, designers, and project managers. Fluent English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or relevant field.
• Interest/background in property, interior & real estate.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and recommend products/services for renovation or property management.
• Prepare quotations and invoices based on client requirements.
• Handle client inquiries and manage expectations.
• Oversee renovation/maintenance progress and inform stakeholders.

As the Client Servicing Executive at this company, your mission is enabling people to enjoy better homes. You will establish and cultivate relationships with homeowners, developers, or tenants to provide strategic solutions for their properties.

What You’ll Do:

• Build a healthy relationship with our clients and recommend our products or services to enhance their overall renovation or property management experience
• Prepare quotation and invoices for services based on client’s requirements
• Handle client enquiries and manage our client’s expectations
• Overlook renovation or maintenance progress and ensure a l details are informed to the stakeholders
• Additional ad-hoc tasks

Who You Are:

• Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is a plus!
• At least 4 years of experience in the client servicing, sales, or the relevant fieldInterest/background in property, interior & real estate

Working Arrangement:

Hybrid. Work closely with our Consultants, Designers and Project Managers.
