Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day digital marketing campaigns to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and target metrics.
• Assist sales/account managers with pitch decks, proposals, and campaign strategies for healthcare and consumer brand clients.

About the Role

As an Client Service, you will serve as the bridge between clients and our internal delivery teams. Your main responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Campaign Delivery: Manage day-to-day digital marketing campaigns to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and hit target metrics.
• Assist sales/account managers in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and campaign strategies tailored to healthcare and consumer brand clients.
• Client & Partner Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, handle communication, and manage administrative steps like invoicing and project tracking.
• Coordinate with internal team to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with content, tech, and data teams to prepare project briefs, track progress, and build performance reports for clients.

Qualifications
