Job summary

AFFIN BANK Berhad is seeking an Analyst to support the Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking Division with administrative tasks and risk mitigation for bank interests. You will help prepare reports and coordinate with branches, risk management, and other teams to ensure timely processing of account-related activities.

The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and strong communication as you monitor post-disbursement conditions and assist with various banking operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any relevant field with admin/system knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and AS400.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking on administration tasks.
• Prepare Financial Performance Reports for audit purposes.
• Provide monthly reports (Loan Origination, Loan Growth, Review Extensions).
• Liaise with branches, risk management and other stakeholders as needed.
• Monitor post-disbursement conditions and track security documentation progress.
• Assist with Nostro accounts and RMA relationships as required.
