Passion Trading Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the Sales Lead in achieving monthly targets and growing customer accounts. • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in hair, beauty, cosmetic, retail, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Lead in achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor customer purchasing patterns and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, hairstylists, and customers.
• Follow up on existing customer orders, enquiries, and product replenishment needs.
• Ensure timely response to customer requests and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate product knowledge training, demonstrations, and customer education sessions.
• Inform customers about new product launches, promotions, campaigns, and company activities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and salon events.
• Arrange regular customer visits for Educator to strengthen relationships and support business growth.
• Gather customer feedback, market information, and competitor insights.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
