Job summary

UNSEEN HAIR SDN BHD in Penang is hiring a customer service representative to handle walk-ins, online and WhatsApp inquiries, and provide expert wig consultations on style, color, fitting, and maintenance.

You will follow up with customers, build lasting relationships, and support the sales team in meeting monthly targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, beauty, or hair industry is an advantage.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong communication skills (English & Mandarin preferred; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
