You will navigate multiple platforms, respond promptly, and uphold compliance with SOPs.

The role requires excellent English communication, experience in customer service and partner management, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in customer service and client relationship management.
• Experience handling complex cases and escalations.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with FX/CFD trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
• Experience supporting clients via email and live chat.
• Experience managing partners and IBs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized service to clients and partners to support long-term engagement.
• Manage partner requests related to payments, onboarding/offboarding, and trading queries with timely responses.
• Act as escalation point for complex cases and drive timely resolution.
• Navigate required portals and tools to support operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate outcomes clearly to clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support changing priorities, high-volume tasks, and end-to-end solutions within timelines.
• Adhere to SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Meet individual KPIs while aiding team objectives.
• Stay updated on changes and raise risks promptly; ensure regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver end-to-end solutions.
