Job summary

Citi in Malaysia is seeking a Client Onboard Intmd Analyst to handle account opening, documentation and client setup with high diligence and accuracy. You will manage day-to-day onboarding processes and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and superior service.

You will support risk controls, follow regulatory guidelines, and escalate issues as needed, while developing product knowledge and communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in documentation review and onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups.
• Focuses on timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions and customer service.
• Manages day-to-day onboarding, maintenance processing and cross-functional coordination.
• Determines new work procedures and analyzes complex issues with departmental impact.
• Ensures compliance with internal processes, regulations, and risk controls.
• Builds relationships with clients and teams to enable efficient communication.
• Understands client requirements and supports new customer initiatives.
• Monitors satisfaction and service levels, driving improvements.
