Job summary

Crowe Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify and nurture prospective clients, manage a structured pipeline from first contact through close, and lead discovery conversations to map client needs to our services.

You will develop proposals and value propositions, use CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce, and collaborate with service lines to ensure technically sound, deliverable proposals that reflect a single source of truth across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1–2 years in Business Development, Sales, or client-facing consulting, preferably in professional services/B2B.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and administrator-level experience is an added advantage.
• Understanding of sales cycles, deal qualification, proposal development, revenue targets, and pipeline management.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in writing and speaking in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture prospective clients while building and managing a structured pipeline from first contact through close.
• Lead discovery conversations with prospects to understand their needs and map them to our service offerings.
• Develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and value propositions that translate our capabilities into client outcomes.
• Use CRM, HubSpot or Salesforce as the operational backbone for pipeline tracking, deal stages, forecasting, and reporting.
• Work with service line leads to ensure proposals are technically sound and deliverable, and that CRM data reflects a single source of truth across the team.
• Stay current on market positioning, competitor offerings, and client industry trends to sharpen pitch strategy.
