Job summary

Kingdom Digital is seeking a Business Development Executive in Malaysia to nurture client relationships, understand client needs, and promote KD’s services. You’ll work to grow a diverse client portfolio across industries, balancing client expectations with KD’s expertise.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive outreach, and collaboration with a creative team to craft compelling proposals and pitches. A diploma and 2 years’ BD/digital marketing experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum working experience in business development or digital marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to connect with potential clients over calls.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing landscape.
• Flexible, proactive, team-oriented with a creative mindset.
• Own transport for frequent travel.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to new business leads and keep existing leads warm.
• Upsell services relevant to clients’ needs.
• Prepare detailed creative pitch briefs based on client needs.
• Draft creative proposals with internal teams to suit client objectives.
• Ensure deliverables are high quality, on time and within budget.
• Set expectations and balance client desires with KD’s expertise.
