Oasis Place Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Client Connect Manager to lead the Client Care & Intake team and ensure an exceptional first contact experience for families. You will coordinate multidisciplinary services, optimise scheduling and oversee care workflows to maximise therapist utilisation and client satisfaction.

The role focuses on leading people, improving processes, and delivering compassionate, high-quality client experiences across a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Client Care & Intake team to deliver outstanding client service.
• Manage enquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp and online platforms.
• Oversee the client intake and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
• Match clients with the most appropriate therapists based on clinical recommendations and service needs.
• Optimise appointment scheduling across multiple therapy disciplines while maximising therapist utilisation.
• Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of client records.
• Oversee billing administration, payment enquiries and client account follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare operational reports and analyse client service metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Coach and support team members while fostering a culture of empathy, professionalism and continuous improvement.
