Job summary

PUSAT PEMULIHAN PERTUTURAN PACIFIC is seeking a Centre Manager in Petaling Jaya to oversee daily operations of a paediatric therapy centre offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention Programme, and Clinical Psychology services for children and families.

You will coordinate therapists and staff, ensure a welcoming environment, handle enquiries, and build strong relationships with parents while maintaining service standards and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of therapists, clinical staff, administrative staff, and other team members.
• Ensure a welcoming, professional, and child-friendly environment for children and their families.
• Attend to parents' enquiries, feedback, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Build positive relationships with parents and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve parental, staff, or operational conflicts promptly and professionally, preventing issues from escalating where possible.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with Headquarters (HQ) and the Director on operational matters, staff issues, centre performance, and other important updates.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, workflow, and overall centre efficiency.
• Ensure that centre policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate action to improve processes and service quality.

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and people-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our paediatric therapy centre. Our centre provides Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention Programme (EIP), and Clinical Psychology services to children and their families.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Coordinate the day-to-day activities of therapists, clinical staff, administrative staff, and other team members.

Ensure a welcoming, professional, and child-friendly environment for children and their families.

Attend to parents' enquiries, feedback, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field is an advantage.

Previous experience in centre management, healthcare, education, childcare, therapy, or service-related industries will be an added advantage.
