Job summary

Nadi Intelek invites applications for a therapy role focusing on intervention sessions for children with autism and developmental needs. You will work in a structured, child-friendly environment and collaborate with psychologists, therapists and educators to support each child’s progress.

Candidates should be patient, empathetic and able to document progress accurately. Training will be provided, and a 5-day work week with benefits is offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one intervention and therapy sessions.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental needs is preferred.
• Strong communication, observation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one intervention and therapy sessions.
• Implement structured intervention programmes for children with ASD and other developmental needs.
• Support development in communication, social skills, behaviour, and emotional regulation.
• Observe and monitor children's progress during sessions.
• Record daily session information and progress in the reporting system.
• Prepare and maintain intervention materials and activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and professionals.
• Communicate progress and needs with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a safe, structured and child-friendly environment.
• Attend training, supervision and professional development.
• Follow SOPs, clinical guidelines and documentation requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Depending on the position and professional background, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting one-to-one intervention and therapy sessions based on each child's individualised treatment or intervention plan.
• Implementing structured intervention programmes for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs.
• Supporting children's development in areas such as communication, social skills, behaviour, emotional regulation, learning, motor skills, self-help and independence.
• Observing and monitoring children's progress throughout intervention sessions.
• Recording daily session information, observations and progress accurately through the company's digital reporting system.
• Preparing and maintaining appropriate intervention materials and activities.
• Working collaboratively with Behavioral Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Special Education professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Communicating professionally with supervisors and relevant team members regarding children's progress, challenges and intervention needs.
• Participating in individual and group intervention programmes where required.
• Maintaining a safe, structured, positive and child-friendly therapeutic environment.
• Attending training, supervision, case discussions and professional development activities.
• Following the centre's SOPs, clinical guidelines, documentation requirements and professional standards.
• Performing other duties related to intervention and centre operations as assigned by the supervisor or management.
