Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Client Acquisition Manager (CAM) to drive new-to-bank customers and promote Privilege Banking and Wealth propositions. You will identify prospects, present tailored solutions, and convert leads into acquisitions while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

The role covers relationship management, monthly marketing and outreach, internal collaboration, and strict adherence to internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new-to-bank customers and promote Privilege Banking and Wealth Banking propositions.
• Identify prospective clients, present tailored financial solutions, and convert leads into successful acquisitions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Carry out consistent monthly marketing calls and engagement activities to grow the client base and strengthen client relationships.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and internal departments to meet acquisition targets and support clients throughout onboarding.
• Ensure all account opening processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling relevant financial products and participate in cross-referral initiatives to deepen product penetration. Be part of performance-based incentives.
