Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technician - Production (Process) to execute data collection, monitor processes, and document activities to sustain product quality and compliance.

In this role you will record data, report issues to engineers, support continuous improvement initiatives, and perform basic checks and audits to ensure operations run smoothly on site in Malaysia's Sepang region.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or relevant.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record production data and process readings according to defined formats to maintain accurate documentation.
• Record production output and quality parameters accurately to ensure traceability.
• Identify and report operational issues observed during daily activities to enable review by Engineer or Senior Technician.
• Carry out assigned improvement actions based on given instructions to support productivity and quality targets.
• Execute testing and trial activities according to approved procedures to obtain required evaluation data.
• Perform defined problem-solving steps using provided guidelines to address quality or process deviations.
• Apply basic statistical tools as instructed to generate process monitoring data.
• Document manufacturing processes and updates according to standard format to maintain controlled records.
• Conduct routine audits and checklist verifications as scheduled to confirm compliance with defined standards.
• Communicate process-related information to engineers and operators to ensure operational alignment.
