Job summary

Tap Growth Ai in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead cleanroom and M&E installation projects, focusing on HVAC, ELV, and related multi-disciplinary works. The role requires hands-on delivery across design, procurement, construction, testing and handover, with on-site at customer sites.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in cleanroom and M&E, a degree in mechanical/electrical/HVAC engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and Mandarin fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, electrical or HVAC engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the cleanroom and M&E.
• Hands-on experience implementing and delivering cleanroom and M&E installation projects.
• Cleanroom design experience is a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; BIM skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle: planning, design coordination, contract execution, construction and handover.
• Manage EPC, design-build and construction management projects.
• Coordinate activities to meet quality, safety, cost and schedule targets.
• Oversee cost control, budgeting and P&L performance.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, validation and handover.
