Job summary

Hunters International in Shah Alam is seeking a Project Engineer to lead cleanroom and MEP construction efforts, focusing on HVAC systems and multi-disciplinary engineering works. The role requires strong project management and hands-on delivery experience on cleanroom projects.

You will coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing and handover, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence. A Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC degree and 3–5 years in this field are essential; Mandarin is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in cleanroom and M&E industries.
• Hands-on experience delivering cleanroom and M&E installation projects.
• Cleanroom design experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle: planning, design coordination, contract execution, construction management, handover.
• Manage EPC, design-build and construction management projects.
• Coordinate activities to meet quality, safety, cost and schedule targets.
• Oversee project cost control, budgeting and P&L performance.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
