Job summary

Hunters International seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Cleanroom & M&E projects in Shah Alam. You will oversee design, construction, HVAC systems and MEP installations, ensuring on-time handover within budget while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires 8–10 years in cleanroom/MEP, strong leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Mandarin is an advantage for client communications and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in cleanroom and M&E.
• Hands-on experience delivering cleanroom and M&E installation projects.
• Mandarin language proficiency.
• PMP or CIDB certification is highly preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cleanroom design, construction, MEP and architectural works from contract award through handover.
• Manage HVAC/AHU, filtration, piping and related cleanroom infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules, WBS and milestones.
• Monitor progress to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, quality and budget.
• Oversee project profitability, cash flow, variations and budget allocation.
