Job summary

Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency is required for communication with stakeholders.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in cleanroom and MEP environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering cleanroom and M&E installation projects is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; BIM skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle: planning, design coordination, contract execution, construction management and handover.
• Manage EPC, design-build and construction management projects.
• Coordinate activities to meet quality, safety, cost and schedule requirements.
• Oversee project cost control, budgeting and overall P&L performance.
• Provide technical leadership across design, engineering, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, system owners and technical stakeholders to resolve issues.
