is seeking a Facilities Mechanical Engineer (Cleanroom) to take end-to-end accountability for mechanical utility systems, including cleanroom airflow, pressure, and environmental controls, across build, commissioning and operation. The role covers tool utility hook-ups, FMCS monitoring, SAP PM driven maintenance, and driving reliability improvements with energy savings and carbon reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in mechanical/facilities engineering with cleanroom exposure.
• Semiconductor/wafer-fab experience preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mechanical utility systems lifecycle in cleanroom environments.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance using RCM/FMEA.
• Manage tool connections and utility hook-ups to ensure uptime and tool readiness.
• Lead budget planning and cost control for OPEX related to maintenance.
