Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years of mechanical/facilities engineering experience focusing on compressed air, vacuum, exhaust, cleanroom and HVAC systems.
Direct experience in high‑purity environments such as semiconductor or related field.
Solid grounding in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and rotating equipment fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Act as the O&M lead for designated mechanical systems with 24/7 availability.
Develop and refine PM, PdM, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
Plan maintenance activities via SAP PM and manage work orders and budgets.
Manage OEM service contracts, vendors, and in-house technicians; define spare-parts strategy.
Lead reliability improvements and root‑cause analysis to prevent repeat failures.
Oversee safety, LOTO, and regulatory compliance; coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
