Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan LME Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations in a busy facility. You will manage a cleaning team, assign shifts, inspect areas, and ensure service standards are met while coaching staff for improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures. Schedule flexibility and weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleaning or facility services teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team.
• Assign work schedules and cleaning duties to staff.
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness meets company standards.
• Train, guide, and monitor cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safe use of equipment and chemicals.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored safely.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when required.
• Address customer complaints and resolve cleaning-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain attendance records, daily reports, and other operational documentation.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve staff performance.
• Report maintenance issues, equipment defects, or safety hazards to management.
• Support management in achieving operational goals and maintaining service quality.
