Job summary

Job opening for a Facilities Supervisor in cleaning services for petrochemical/oil & gas industries based in Malaysia. Responsibilities include managing overall operation, ensuring staff have tools, scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting under contract.

Requirements include valid OGSP and PTW Level 2 as an advantage, minimum SPM with 1 year relevant experience, and good English. On-site work with OGSP compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid medical check-up, fit to work, OGSP (required for working in plant/terminal)
• Minimum SPM with minimum one (1) year relevant experience in cleaning services in petrochemical or oil & gas industries with OGSP
• Possession of a valid PTW Level 2 certification is an added advantage
• Good conversant in English

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation
• Ensure all staff are properly trained and have tools, equipment, and consumables needed to effectively carry out work
• Overall planning of the WORK. To prepare monthly schedule, two (2) weeks prior work execution
• Maintain records of all work carried out and submit them to the COMPANY representative to support the submission of the invoices under the contract
• Producing reports required under the contract
