Job summary

Tenaga Cekap Management is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee cleaning staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site. You will work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements include 2–3 years in operations, at least SPM, the ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia, and openness to fresh graduates. The role offers a supportive environment, training, annual leave, bonuses, and annual education sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of working experience in operation
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Self-starter with good presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Supervise all cleaning staff and ensure standards of cleanliness and behavior on duty
• Review work schedules and monitor cleaning and manpower activities
• Order cleaning materials and manage supplies
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Prepare reports on site cleanliness and manpower activities
• Coordinate with cleaners and staff; develop SOPs and checklists
