Job summary

MTR SOLUTIONS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant in Subang Jaya to support teachers with daily classroom activities and supervise students during lessons.

The role requires patience, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to a busy school environment. You will assist in preparing teaching materials and worksheets, guide students with assignments, observe progress, help maintain a safe and organized classroom, and participate in school events and programs as required

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in preparing daily classroom activities.
• Support teachers in managing and supervising students during lessons and activities.
• Assist in preparing teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom resources.
• Guide and assist students with their learning activities and assignments.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, activities, and educational programs.
• Observe students’ learning progress and provide support when needed.
• Perform other duties related to teaching and classroom activities as assigned by the teacher or supervisor.
