Job summary

Chubb Malaysia seeks a Claims professional to deliver high-quality claims work across Asia Pacific, handling fast-track and simple claims with prompt investigation, reserving, and adjustment.

You will process FNOL, verify policies, set reserves, triage to the right team, and respond to customers and brokers while upholding fraud controls and compliance; 2–3 years of relevant experience and a tertiary qualification preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to engage with customers and brokers.
• Ability to organize work effectively in a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• High attention to detail to maintain quality in claims administration.
• Solid knowledge of claims administration procedures and related systems.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process claims documents and index to files in the system.
• Create and register new claim files (FNOL) and verify policies.
• Maintain loss reserves with timely updates in systems.
• Triage and assign claims to appropriate queues and teams.
• Handle claims end-to-end, including settlements and responding to queries.
• Prepare and send correspondence to brokers and claimants.
• Engage with customers and brokers to address enquiries and feedback.
• Handle inbound/outbound queries from customers/brokers.
• Apply claims policies including fraud, salvage, recovery, cost containment and complaints.
• Participate in team activities and trainings.
• Report suspected fraud, compliance and privacy breaches to management.
• Suggest two process improvement ideas annually.
• Experience in claims analysis and strong attention to detail.
