Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Data Analyst to support the APAC Claims Operations across 11 markets from Kuala Lumpur. You will monitor performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights from complex data environments while working with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include BAU reporting, data management, ad hoc analyses, and building scalable dashboards. You will drive automation with Python/SQL and leverage AI tools to enhance analytics across geographies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior data analyst or similar role in financial services or complex ops.
• Proficient in Python or equivalent scripting for automation.
• Strong SQL across multi-table relational databases and data from multiple systems.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivots, formulas and data modeling.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI tools for coding or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce, maintain and automate BAU reports across APAC markets.
• Manage data from multiple sources, reconcile and ensure accuracy.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and market-level deep dives for leadership.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards for operational/leadership use.
• Develop automation scripts to reduce manual data handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
