Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites a Civil Engineering professional to join our project delivery team, supporting technical management and overseas construction activities. You will help prepare technical plans and schemes, submit and approve materials and detailed drawings, and assist BIM MEP coordination.

You will coordinate with consultants, input lean construction data, and assist in tender proposals, ensuring timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or higher in civil engineering or related fields.
• Major: Civil Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Management, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 2 years in technical management or technical support for overseas building construction or industrial plant projects.
• Language: Fluency in English, Malay, and Chinese; CAD drafting and MS Office proficiency; Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparation of project construction organization designs and technical plans.
• Participate in preparation of project technical schemes.
• Participate in submission and approval processes for project materials and detailed construction drawings.
• Assist BIM MEP coordination and drawing management.
• Attend regular coordination meetings with consultants and liaise to resolve technical issues.
• Input data related to lean construction systems and assist in tender proposals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

Participate in project drawing management.

Participate in resolving on-site technical issues and preparing quality rectification plans.

Input data related to the project's lean construction system.

Assist with the preparation of technical proposals for tenders.

Participate in initiatives to generate value through technological innovation and in summarizing technological achievements.

Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate technical activities and ensure timely project completion

About you

Education: Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or higher.

Major: Civil Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Management, or related fields.
