Job summary

IAQ Solutions Sdn Bhd is hiring engineers for large-scale EPCC projects focused on cleanroom, data centre, or related facilities. The role involves planning civil, structural and architectural aspects and ensuring CSA design compliance across the project lifecycle, from permits to commissioning.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with at least 3 years of construction experience, preferably in data centers, and demonstrates strong organization, communication, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in construction projects, minimum 3 years.
• Experience in data center construction is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee civil, structural and architectural aspects of the project.

• Prepare and maintain documentation including RFIs, technical queries and field instructions.
• Generate progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Job description

We're Hiring Engineers for Large-Scale Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) Projects.

We specialise in the design, construction, commissioning, or operation of Cleanroom Systems, Tool Hook-Up Systems, MEP Services, High and Low Voltage Electrical Systems, ACMV Systems, or Fire Protection Systems within Data Centre, EV Battery, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical & Hospitals, District Cooling & Heating, Photovoltaics, and Food & Beverage environments.

Responsibilities: -

Responsible for planning and overseeing civil, structural and architectural aspects of the

project, ensuring compliance with standards, codes and specifications;

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate CSA designs into the overall project plan;

Review and approve construction materials, methods and techniques;

Obtain necessary permits and approvals for CSA related aspects of the project;

Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase and liaise with clients,

design team to resolve design-related issues;

Monitor progress, quality and adherence to CSA design specifications;

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including RFI’s, Technical Queries and Field

Instructions to Sub-Contractors;

Generate progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders;

Implement quality control measures to ensure that CSA designs and constructions meet

quality standards;

Conduct inspections and reviews to verify compliance and address deviations.

Requirements: -

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;

At least 3 years working experience in the construction industry;

Experience in data center construction projects will be an added advantage;

Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills;

Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines;

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail;

Proficiency in CAD software, MS Excel, MS Words and MS PowerPoint;

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment;

Applicants must be able to work within Klang Valley or Nilai.
