Job summary

IAQ Solutions Sdn Bhd seeks engineers for large-scale EPCC projects focused on HVAC, cleanroom, and related systems. The role covers design, construction, commissioning, and operation across data centres, semiconductor, pharma, and other facilities in Malaysia, with potential site deployment.

The incumbent will lead design calculations, liaise with vendors, prepare tender docs, and support project delivery from planning to closeout. Travel locally and overseas may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/HVAC/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience in the HVAC design/construction industry.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and calculations.
• Prepare tender scope of work, specification and BOQ.
• Coordinate with other disciplines on design and other deliveries.
• Guide CAD designer to produce drawings.
• Assist in tender planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Review and approve technical submissions from contractors.
• Support construction teams and provide technical advice.
