Job summary

IAQ Solutions Sdn Bhd is hiring engineers for large-scale EPCC projects focused on cleanroom, data centre, or related facilities. The role involves planning civil, structural and architectural aspects and ensuring CSA design compliance across the project lifecycle, from permits to commissioning.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with at least 3 years of construction experience, preferably in data centers, and demonstrates strong organization, communication, and problem-solving

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in construction projects, minimum 3 years.
Experience in data center construction is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee civil, structural and architectural aspects of the project.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate CSA designs into the project plan.
Review and approve construction materials, methods and techniques.
Obtain permits and approvals for CSA-related aspects.
Provide technical guidance during construction and liaise with clients and design team.
Monitor progress, quality and adherence to CSA design specifications.
Prepare and maintain documentation including RFIs, technical queries and field instructions.
Generate progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Implement quality control to meet standards; conduct inspections for compliance.
