N & A Consultants Sdn Bhd, a Penang-based civil and structural engineering consultancy, invites graduates to join a dynamic team. You'll perform structural and foundation design, CAD drafting, and report preparation while liaising with authorities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in civil/structural engineering and solid technical background.

Responsibilities

• Structural and foundation design following MS-EN code of practices.
• Design of external works incl. earthworks, road, drainage, sewer & water reticulations.
• CAD drafting for civil and structural works and preparation of design reports.
• Coordinate with authorities and project stakeholders for approvals and submissions.
• Monitor on-site construction to meet specs and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Structural and Foundation Design to MS-EN code of practices
• Design of External Works (Earthworks, Road, Drainage, Sewer & Water Reticulations) to relevant industrial guidelines
• CAD Drafting of Civil & Structural Engineering Works
• Preparation of Design Reports and technical documents for submissions
• Liaise with relevant authorities for submission approvals
• Liaise with various project stakeholders
• Monitor and to ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to specifications and local regulations.

Job Requirements:

We seek graduate Civil and Structural Engineers who possess:

• Recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Good academic background in the field of Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Good comprehension of basic Civil & Structural Engineering principles
• CAD Drafting software literacy
• Ability to comprehend relevant code of practices and industrial guidelines
• Fluency in English language and Bahasa Malaysia with adequate soft skills to communicate effectively with various project stakeholders.
• Relevant pass working experience, preferably from engineering consulting firms or project management companies.
• Familiarity with Engineering design software.
• Familiarity with local approving authorities' requirements.
• Fresh graduates with excellent educational results and motivation to learn will also be considered.
