Job summary

PT Lumintu Insan Mandiri is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee transmission line and substation civil works in Malaysia. You will supervise excavation, foundation, concreting, rebar, and earthworks, while coordinating with QA/QC, engineering, and safety teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, at least five years of supervisory experience on heavy infrastructure projects, knowledge of soil investigation and geotechnical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 5 years in civil supervision for transmission line, substation, or heavy infrastructure projects.
• Foundation works, concreting, rebar, formwork, and earthworks.
• Soil investigation and geotechnical interpretation.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or SMSTS preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to be site-based for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works for transmission line and substation projects.
• Oversee excavation, foundation works, concreting, and backfilling activities.
• Inspect rebar placement, formwork, and concrete pouring.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team on civil inspection and testing.
• Monitor contractor progress and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate with engineering team on civil technical issues.
• Verify completed quantities for progress claims.
• Manage site resources, materials, and equipment for civil works.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and review RAMS for civil activities.
