Job summary

PT Lumintu Insan Mandiri is seeking an experienced site supervisor for transmission line projects. You will oversee daily construction activities, monitor contractor performance, and ensure HSSE compliance while reviewing RAMS.

The role requires coordination with engineering, procurement, and client teams and reporting on progress and risks. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with at least 5 years in site supervision on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years in site supervision for transmission line projects
• At least 1 EHV project (275kV+)
• Knowledge of tower erection, conductor stringing, OPGW installation, grounding, testing
• Knowledge of IEC/IEEE/CIGRE guidelines and NEC/FIDIC contracts
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or SMSTS certification (preferred)
• Willing to be site-based for extended periods
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
