Job summary

SK PARK SDN BHD is seeking a Civil/Project Coordinator to oversee multiple infrastructure projects in Seremban. The role ensures projects are completed within budget and schedule, attends site progress meetings, and coordinates with main contractors, consultants and local authorities.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 3–5 years of construction experience, and be proficient in MS Office, with AutoCAD or MS Project knowledge considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD or MS Project is an advantage.
• Able to coordinate, supervise and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; mature, independent, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to handle and complete the project within the pre-determined cost & time
• Attend project monitoring site work progress, sub-con & workers attendance
• Prepare daily activities planning & programming
• Liaison with the main contractors Builders, Consultants and Local Authorities.
• Coordinate project with consultants & authorities.
• Familiar with project coordination and site administration processes.
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel or attend project sites when required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
