Job summary

PRO TRACK ENGINEERING SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Project Engineer (Civil) to support procurement, scheduling, and project execution. You will review drawings, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and monitor progress to ensure contract compliance.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of project engineering experience.
Fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

Support the procurement process for materials and equipment required for project execution
Develop, maintain, and monitor Project Master Schedules, Key Milestones, and Monthly/Weekly Construction Schedules in line with contract requirements.
Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning and execution.
Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Develop work schedules and monitor project progress.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure all work complies with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
Maintain project records, drawings, and technical documentation.
