Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in construction or related field.
• Able to read and understand drawings and construction documents (PE design, structural, electrical).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Design and planning for construction projects with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Manage project lifecycle including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address on-site challenges.
• Implement quality control to meet standards and regulations.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers for smooth execution.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with clients to provide progress updates and address concerns.
