The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering with 1–2 years of experience in earthworks or highway/railway projects, and can work on-site with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related technical certificate.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in earthworks, roadbed construction, highway construction, or railway subgrade works.
Knowledge of soil mechanics, geotechnical testing protocols, and standard earthwork machinery operations.
Proactive, physically fit for site environments, and capable of working under tight project schedules.
Good teamwork skills and fluency in communicating technical instructions on site.

Monitor settlement levels and coordinate with the surveying and laboratory teams for soil compaction and material compliance.
Resolve on-site technical difficulties related to drainage, soil conditions, and foundation stability.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and ensure all work meets the stringent quality and safety standards of the ECRL project.
