Job summary

Golden Channel Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a degree-holding Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in civil works or construction projects to join our on-site team.

You will read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications, supervise daily site operations, and ensure safety and quality are maintained while delivering on time and within budget. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for coordinating with contractors and site teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in civil works or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, site management and safety practices.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site operations to ensure project is executed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and enforce site safety compliance in accordance with industry regulations and standards.
• Report on technical quality, workmanship and execution of civil works to management.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Ensure all works meet required quality standards and project specifications.
