Job summary

Vaneer Engineering Services in Selangor invites applications for a Civil Drafting Technician to support infrastructure projects. You will prepare infrastructure drawings such as Earthwork, Road and Drainage, and Water Reticulation, ensuring alignment with engineer designs and local standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, have 1–3 years of relevant drafting experience, and are proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in civil consultancy.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software to produce high-quality drawings.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret engineering specifications.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with project engineers.
• Familiar with local authority submission drawings.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare infrastructure drawings including Earthwork, Road and Drainage, and Water Reticulation as per engineer’s sketches.
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers and other disciplines when required.
• Provide drafting support throughout design, submission, and construction phases.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
