Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Civil Draughtsman to join our team in Johor Bahru. You will perform civil drafting and drawings (preliminary, detail & design) based on project requirements, and produce revision drawings as needed.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Engineering Drafting and at least 3 years of AutoCAD experience. Knowledge of Revit or Navisworks is a plus, with ability to collaborate with Civil & Structural teams and attend site inspections.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering Drafting is required.
• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit and Navisworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• We are currently looking for an experienced Draughtsman who enjoys in designing and drawing of the infrastructure, to be part of the team. This is an important role in making people's dream reality and shaping a world.
• To perform civil drafting and drawings based on the design requirements and specification set by the Company or Client, including preliminary, detail & design drawings
• To make revision drawings based on instruction, comments or to resolve any issues arising when necessary
• Work closely with the Civil & Structural team and other relevant parties
• To maintain good documentation practice on all drawing records for traceability
• To attend site inspection when necessary

Job Requirements

• Diploma or relevant certification in Engineering Drafting
• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience in Autodesk AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks or other drawing software would be an advantage
• Experienced and knowledgeable in drafting of Civil and Structural drawing is essential
• Knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software is a must
• Ability to work as a team and individually on projects
