Job summary

Vaneer Engineering Services is seeking a civil drafting professional in Petaling Jaya to prepare infrastructure drawings including earthwork, road and drainage, and external water reticulation. You will ensure compliance with local authorities and act as a key interface with project engineers.

The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering diploma, has 1–3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong CAD skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in civil engineering required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant civil consultancy experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for high-quality drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering specs and data.
• Good communication and teamwork with project engineers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce infrastructure drawings including earthwork, road and drainage, external sewerage and external water reticulation works.
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority requirements and relevant standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers and other disciplines as needed.
• Provide drafting support through design, submission, and construction phases.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in civil consultancy.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with project engineers.

Familiar with local authority submission drawings.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
