Jora Malaysia is seeking a competent Civil Engineer to join our team in Selangor. You will plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor civil engineering works to ensure safety, timeliness and budget compliance, following drawings and standards.
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 1–3 years’ related experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a competent and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring civil engineering works to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
Oversee daily operations of electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to meet project requirements and resolve issues
Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and address hazards. Ensure necessary permits and documentation are maintained
Ensure civil works meet design specs and quality standards. Inspect work and address deficiencies
Serve as primary contact for project updates, progress reports, and addressing client concerns
Maintain accurate records of project work, changes, and materials used. Submit progress reports and ensure up-to-date documentation
Resolve on-site issues promptly, troubleshoot civil problems, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays
Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil and structural construction activities at project sites
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements
Monitor daily site activities and progress to ensure work is completed according to the project schedule
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, infrastructure, or related projects. Fresh graduates may be considered for junior-level positions
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and site practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Possess a valid driving license
