Qualifications

• Study in civil construction works.
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Able to work independently and manage site operations effectively.
• Familiar with site safety requirements and construction procedures.
• Willing to be based in Melaka.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and schedule.
• Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site.
• Ensure site work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and construction drawings.
• Assist the project and construction management team in resolving site issues.
• Monitor project progress and report site updates to management.
• Attend site meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients when required.
• Maintain proper site documentation, records, and reporting.
• Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and overall site productivity.
