Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Research Analyst.
• Demonstrated exceptional analytical skills, lateral thinking, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality research reports within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bottom-up fundamental research on a portfolio of Financials and Commodities sectors.
• Build and maintain company-specific and industry financial models.
• Provide timely insights and investment recommendations to the sales team and clients.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve departmental objectives.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as directed by the Head of Research and Management Team.
