Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd seeks a senior leader to oversee business operations, strategy execution, and property development from planning through handover in Malaysia. You will supervise cross‑functional teams, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and drive sales, marketing, and financial performance aligned with the Board’s objectives.

You will report to the Board of Directors, ensure project alignment with budgets and timelines, and manage risks and stakeholder relationships across government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in property development, including 5 to 8 years in a senior management capacity.
• Experience managing the end-to-end property development cycle in Malaysia, with knowledge of planning, approvals, design, construction, sales and marketing, cost management, and handover.

Responsibilities

• Communicate objectives, priorities and expectations across departments; ensure effective execution of work plans.
• Monitor and evaluate overall business performance, project progress, risks, and operational matters.
• Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors on operations, performance, challenges, and improvements.
• Provide direction and supervision through the property development cycle from planning to handover.
• Coordinate across departments, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to align with budgets and schedules.
• Lead sales and marketing strategies to meet annual sales and collection targets; monitor pricing, packages and channels.
• Oversee construction, cost control, quality, safety, tendering and handover timelines; address delays and costs.
• Monitor departmental budgets and cash flow; escalate overruns and financial risks to the Board.
