Job summary

PeopleLAKE Group in Malaysia seeks a hands‑on senior product leader to own strategy and execution across consumer, business, and API data products. The GM will set the roadmap, drive delivery, and build the product team while ensuring compliance with a regulated financial ecosystem.

The role requires shipping experience in fintech or regulated domains, strong data and commercial judgement, and the ability to align multiple teams toward measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior product leader with a track record of shipping in fintech or regulated domains.
• Strong data and commercial judgement across B2C and B2B/enterprise segments.
• Hands‑on yet able to create structure from ambiguity and scale a product function.
• Clear communication to align multiple teams and write actionable strategy.
• Familiarity with Malaysia's financial ecosystem is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across consumer, business, and API data products.
• Set strategy, drive delivery, and build the product team including leadership roles.
• Define metrics by segment and hold teams to outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (BNM, eKYC, PDPA).
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Data, Sales, and Compliance.
