Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years' experience in Product Management for technology/software products.
• Proven success in creating product strategy and launching impactful products or features.
• Strong analytical skills; able to make decisions based on complex datasets.
• Experience working closely with technical teams; understanding of software development concepts.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial institutions.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking; structured and data-driven.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, translating complex ideas simply.
• Collaborative, proactive, and capable of influencing without authority.
• Customer-focused and business-oriented.
• Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, semi-structured environment.
• Creative problem-solver with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle: understanding the market, sizing opportunities, shaping roadmaps, driving execution, coordinating launches, and evaluating product performance.
• Shape product strategy for both Finexus' B2B and B2C product lines for cohesive direction across customer segments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Business teams, and external stakeholders to ensure user-centred, compliant decisions.
• Maintain clear product strategy and roadmaps for Kayaaku and related product lines.
• Make data-driven decisions to prioritise initiatives and validate hypotheses.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Business teams.
• Ensure successful, coordinated launches for new features and enhancements.
