Job summary

Remote Interview, Inc. is seeking a hands-on business analyst/product researcher to work on-site with the CEO in Kuala Lumpur. You will own customer outreach, conduct interviews, synthesize findings, and draft product specifications.

You’ll compare competing products, pricing, and market size to inform decision-making. The role requires clear English communication and a bias for action. As the project evolves, you’ll test ideas with landing pages and pilots, then write crisp briefs for engineers

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in startup operations, consulting, product or business analysis, or as an associate product manager.
• Clear English writing for US/UK customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interviews with CEO initially, then independently as you learn the business.
• Summarize learnings: customer struggles, current solutions, paying customers, and willingness to try new offerings.
• Research competitors: pricing and market size; extract key implications for us.
• Propose direction with rationale and flag when a CEO-approved idea diverges from research.
