Job summary

You will analyze contact drivers, identify workflow gaps, and coordinate SOPs, with basic SQL usage and strong communication. The role fits someone who can work with US counterparts after hours and balance customer needs with company vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 2–4 years in Product Operations, Business Operations, or similar.
• Knowledge of Agile principles beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to meet with US counterparts after hours.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues and product escalations.
• Identify issues from user feedback and work with Product teams to implement enhancements.
• Use operational data and basic SQL to monitor trends and gain insights.
• Create workflows and documentation to improve team efficiency.
• Coordinate process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
