The CFO is responsible for leading the financial management and strategy of the Company's operations across Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, and other regional markets. The role partners closely with the CEO and management team to drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, strong cash flow, and financial governance.
Develop and implement regional financial strategies to support business growth.
Provide financial guidance to the CEO and leadership team.
Drive profitability, cash flow, and business performance across all countries.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions where needed.
Oversee manufacturing finance for injection molding and assembly operations.
Monitor product costing, material costs, labor costs, and factory overheads.
Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and margin enhancement initiatives.
Support pricing decisions and customer profitability analysis.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury activities.
Improve inventory management, receivables collection, and working capital performance.
Ensure adequate funding for business operations and expansion projects.
Evaluate investments in machinery, tooling, automation, and plant expansion.
Review business cases and ensure investment returns meet company targets.
Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.
Maintain strong internal controls and governance practices.
Manage financial, operational, and business risks across the region.
Partner with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Plant Management teams.
Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights.
Evaluate new business opportunities, contracts, and expansion plans.
Lead and develop finance teams across multiple countries.
Build a high-performing finance organization and succession pipeline.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
Strong experience in manufacturing, preferably Plastic Injection Molding and Assembly.
Experience managing finance across multiple countries in Asia.
